Through collaboration with the client and design firm, this became a stand-out property with upscale finishes and fun nods to Philadelphia's culture.
American Real Estate Partners sought to cultivate amenity spaces that would captivate potential tenants. Collaborating closely with both the client and design firm, CFI Workspace transformed the property into a standout destination, infusing it with sophisticated finishes and playful references to Philadelphia's vibrant culture. Unfortunately, the onset of Covid abruptly halted our progress after just two days on site. Undeterred, we quickly utilized our warehousing capabilities, ultimately receiving the green light to resume and successfully complete the installation.
