CFI Workspace partnered on the University of Delaware’s new FinTech Innovation Hub, a 104,000 SF, six-story facility at the heart of the campus in Newark, DE. Designed as a cutting-edge hub for business, engineering, and financial technology programs, the building features a variety of highly functional spaces—including classrooms, digital labs, a cyber range, ideation zones, and open study areas. CFI provided furniture procurement and coordination for this dynamic academic environment, supporting a wide range of learning and collaboration styles. From flexible study lounges and private offices to innovation labs and a two-story open forum with assembly stair, each space was furnished to promote connectivity, creativity, and workforce readiness. The result is a modern, multipurpose facility that bridges academia and industry—preparing students and partners alike for the future of FinTech.
