CFI Workspace partnered with Goodwin Procter to furnish the firm's new 31,500 SF Philadelphia office within Brandywine’s Schuylkill Yards, one of the city’s most high-profile mixed-use developments. The project marked more than just a relocation for the global law firm; it was an opportunity to create a “law firm of the future”—one that reflects Goodwin’s commitment to innovation. Our workplace experts provided furniture solutions, procurement, and coordination across two floors, supporting a variety of environments including single-size attorney offices, reservable workstations, meeting rooms, and a café-style social hub. The amenity-rich layout features informal lounges, a ping-pong area, and breakout zones that balance focused and collaborative work. The result is a modern law office that redefines what a legal workplace can be: agile, inclusive, and built for the future.
