CFI Workspace partnered with the University of Pennsylvania to revitalize the common spaces at Stouffer College House, a historic mixed-use residence originally built in 1972. The renovation spanned two residential floors and introduced thoughtfully selected lounge and study furniture to meet the evolving needs of UPenn’s dynamic student population. CFI furnished a variety of collaborative lounges, quiet study zones, multipurpose rooms, and wellness-focused spaces—creating warm, functional environments that support connection, focus, and downtime. The renovation also addressed accessibility challenges through strategic layout changes and mechanical upgrades, while achieving LEED ID+C Silver certification with a focus on healthy indoor environments and sustainable materials. Today, Stouffer blends the spirit of its College House legacy with modern student living—offering a renewed sense of comfort and community in the heart of campus.
