Temple University | Morgan Hall

CFI Workspace partnered with Temple University to furnish the landmark Morgan Hall residential complex—an ambitious 1,275-bed student housing and dining facility located at Broad and Cecil B. Moore. Spanning 27 stories and over 100,000 SF, the project blends high-rise residential suites with vibrant student lounges, retail, and flexible community spaces. Working within a fast-paced construction schedule, CFI provided procurement and coordination for furniture across a variety of environments, from suite interiors and glass-enclosed lounges to dining areas and student activity zones. Herman Miller and Knoll products were selected to balance style, comfort, and durability—transforming the living spaces into a modern, hospitality-inspired environment with sweeping views of Center City. Designed to foster community and well-being, Morgan Hall now stands as a centerpiece of Temple’s urban campus and a model for next-generation student living.
