CFI Workspace is known for its top-level service and is committed to a fast and easy process for all service and warranty requests. With a full-time Service Coordinator, CFI responds to requests within 48 hours with the client being able to schedule an evaluation (potentially a repair) as early as 2 to 5 business days from the time of their original request. Emergency requests will be accommodated whenever possible with same day service! All requests are performed by CFI’s MillerKnoll trained and certified technicians to ensure quality repairs to avoid future issues.
