CFI Workspace partnered with IA Interior Architects to furnish DLL’s reimagined 78,000 SF hybrid office in Wayne, Pennsylvania—a thoughtfully designed environment inspired by the Dutch wellness practice of Uitwaaien. The project focused on creating a workplace that fosters flexibility, well-being, and a strong sense of community. To support this vision, CFI provided comprehensive furniture procurement and coordination services across a wide array of spaces, including multi-use collaborative areas, unassigned workpoints, quiet rooms, lounges, and destination social zones. Our team helped source furnishings that blend residential warmth with commercial performance—supporting DLL’s transition from a three-floor layout to a single, contiguous floorplate without sacrificing comfort or connectivity. From integrated communal dining tables and cozy hearth-side seating to immersive wellness rooms and a hidden speakeasy lounge, every furniture element was curated to reinforce DLL’s commitment to employee engagement, mobility, and culture-driven design.
