Coscia Moos
Blending history and innovation to support creativity and collaboration
CosciaMoos Architecture chose CFI Workspace to furnish their 9,392 SF headquarters at 123 South Broad Street in Philadelphia, a historic landmark that once housed the Fidelity Bank Trading Floor. Set within a space defined by 27-foot ceilings, original herringbone walnut floors, and marble columns, our team curated and installed furniture solutions that honored the architecture while supporting the firm’s collaborative, modern workflow. Custom adjustable-height workstations with integrated privacy panels and library lights provided both ergonomic function and scale within the open plan, while carefully selected conference room furnishings blended seamlessly with preserved walnut millwork and crown molding. Breakout zones and reception furnishings complemented exposed materials like terracotta and coordinated with site-specific murals, creating a cohesive environment that reflects CosciaMoos’ identity as both designers and innovators.
