After many years on Spring Garden Street, Turner Construction’s Philadelphia office made a bold move to the 12th floor of Two Commerce Square—a fresh start in a new 20,000 SF workspace designed to foster connection, focus, and flexibility. The new environment features a mix of open workstations, private offices, meeting rooms, and collaborative areas, each thoughtfully outfitted with new furniture. Turner selected CFI Workspace for our collaborative process and shared commitment to design excellence. Working closely with the client and their design team, we delivered a comprehensive ancillary package that supported their vision—bringing function, comfort, and cohesion to their new workspace.
